1. Session Deposit & Payment
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photography session slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and can be paid via Venmo, Stripe, PayPal, or Cash.
2. Delivery Timeline
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Your digital gallery of carefully edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered via email within 24 to 48 hours following your session.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected events occur. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours advance notice without forfeiting your deposit, subject to availability. Cancellations without 24 hours notice, or "no-shows", will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Location Rules & Fees
The client is solely responsible for any parking fees, entry fees, or permits required by the chosen location. Please respect the rules of the venue, particularly when shooting at local temples.
5. Marketing & Portfolio Permission
We love to show off the beautiful moments we capture. By booking a session, you grant WelcomeIn Media the optional permission to use select images from your session for our professional portfolio, social media marketing, and promotional materials. If you prefer to keep your session completely private, please let us know prior to the shoot, and we will happily accommodate your request.
Please note: The inclusion of minors in any marketing materials specifically requires parental or guardian consent.
